These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and h555d ("h555d", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the h555d online gaming and sports betting information platform available at https://h555d.cam and all associated sub-pages, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

h555d is an online gaming and sports betting information platform. We provide content, markets, games and tools for adult entertainment purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and outcomes are determined by chance and/or sporting events beyond our control.

h555d does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial gambling regulatory body. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation. This paragraph does not constitute legal advice.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User from their own financial resources and held in their Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before certain deposit limits are lifted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region from which users are prohibited from accessing the Platform as specified in Section 4 or notified by h555d from time to time.
• "Platform" means the h555d website at https://h555d.cam, its sub-pages, APIs, mobile interfaces and all associated features and services.
• "Operator" means the entity operating the h555d Platform and holding any applicable gaming licences for the service.

Your use of the Platform in any manner constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the earlier of: (a) the date on which you register an Account; (b) the date on which you first access any page of the Platform; or (c) the date on which you place a bet, wager or deposit through the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, which are incorporated herein by reference:

• Any specific bonus or promotion terms published at the time of the applicable offer

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by h555d.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or participating.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of h555d or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or data partners.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account closed by h555d for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
7. You are of sound mind and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

h555d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. h555d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. h555d will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h555d support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) and change your password without delay.

h555d reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a breach of eligibility requirements or these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Available methods may change from time to time. Payment methods referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar examples of Pakistani payment rails only. None of these providers endorses gambling, and none has confirmed support for any specific operator. Actual method availability is determined solely by the operator's current payment integrations.

Deposits: Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC verification, including identity and age verification, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal of winnings derived from such funds.
• Withdrawal amounts may not exceed the Available Balance (Real Money Funds portion) in your Account.

• h555d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.

Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest. h555d is not a financial institution, and your Account Balance does not constitute a savings or deposit account.

h555d may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General principles applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder to whom they are credited. Transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• h555d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or to amend bonus terms at any time before you have opted in or met the applicable conditions.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
• Any PKR amounts mentioned in relation to bonuses (for example, "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative of the potential maximum value and are subject to meeting all stated eligibility conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are published on the relevant market or game page and form part of these Terms.

Sports Betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board in respect of domestic Pakistani cricket events, or the ICC in respect of international tournaments). h555d references PSL, ICC and other sporting competitions as sports context only and holds no affiliation, partnership or official endorsement relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any club or team.

Casino and Live Games: Game outcomes in casino, slots and live dealer products are determined by random number generators (RNGs) certified by the relevant game studio and/or independent testing laboratories. Published RTP values represent theoretical long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements and may be suspended or settled at any time. h555d is not responsible for connectivity issues or delays on the user's side that may affect the placement or confirmation of in-play bets.

Bet Voidance: h555d reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, technical malfunctions, match abandonment without a result, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of Balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion, arbitrage exploitation, match-fixing or any form of dishonest play.
• Attempting to exploit errors, loopholes or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or pricing systems.
• Using another person's payment method, Account credentials or funds without their express consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or other circumvention technologies to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing h555d staff, support agents or other users of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data feeds, game content and interface design — is the property of h555d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce or redistribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform; (c) create derivative works based on any Platform content; or (d) use any h555d trademark, logo or brand identifier without express prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to h555d regarding the Platform may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h555d, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or data loss.
• Interruption of live markets, delayed settlement or pricing errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information, odds or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits h555d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by h555d.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, h555d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the relevant claim.

h555d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You agree to use the Platform in a responsible manner and to engage with the responsible gambling tools available in your Account settings at any time.

Available responsible gambling controls include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that you can set to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a set period of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for the selected period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing your session duration and net wagering position at regular intervals.

The Platform is strictly for adults. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 (or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction) is prohibited. If you are aware of a minor accessing the Platform, please notify us immediately and use appropriate parental control software. Being of legal gambling age does not imply that gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.

h555d reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• You fail to satisfy ongoing KYC or eligibility requirements.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting h555d support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your original payment method following completion of KYC verification, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. Bonus Funds are non-returnable.

Upon termination for breach, h555d may withhold any Balance pending investigation and may offset any amounts owed to h555d (including in respect of fraudulent chargebacks or reversed deposits) against such Balance.

h555d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Account holders by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence, as notified to users from time to time.

In the event of any dispute between you and h555d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting h555d support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
